Ricardo Martin Fernández is PhD. Candidate (UNED, Spain), Postgraduate Specialization in Project Management (National Technological University, Argentina) in 2014 and B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from the National Technological University of Argentina, 2000. His research is focused on non-traditional laboratories implementing new practical activities in digital and analog experimentation. He is a member of the Experts Committee of the E-learning Institutional System at the National Technological University of Argentina. He has collaborated and is currently participating in various academic and industrial innovation research projects. He is also a Professor in Electronics and Control Systems at the National Technological University and is the Head of the Robotics and Intelligent Vision Research Group.He has extensive experience in industrial, oil & gas, energy, desalination projects worldwide. He is a member of the excellence Student Society of IEEE HKN.
